Harwich Society Music Quiz Night in Aid of MIND
The Harwich Society Quiz Team will be putting music fans to the test when it hosts a special Music Quiz Night at The Royal Oak, Harwich, on Monday 24 August, starting at 8pm.
The evening will feature 100 pieces of popular music spanning more than six decades, from the 1960s right through to the present day. The challenge is simple – listen to each track and name the artist!
Teams can consist of up to eight people, with entry costing just £2 per person. There is no need to reserve a table, with places available on a first come, first served basis, so teams are encouraged to arrive in good time.
James Smith will be on the mic to keep the evening moving and put everyone’s musical knowledge to the test.
The evening is being held in aid of MIND and in memory of Jacob Kelly, with proceeds supporting the mental health charity. A raffle will also be held during the evening, and donations of raffle prizes would be very much appreciated.
Whether your musical knowledge stretches back to the swinging sixties or you know all the latest chart hits, gather your friends, form a team and come along for an entertaining evening while supporting a very worthwhile cause.
