The second Two Hundred Club draw of 2019 took place at Foresters during the Secret Gardens Weekend, on the afternoon of Saturday 6th July.
As in previous years, Foresters opened its courtyard garden to the public, and it was one of the many visitors (see picture) who drew the winning ticket number 123, belonging to 200 Club member Mr C Gostick who will receive this quarters prize of £200.
Membership of the Club is restricted to members of the Harwich Society and costs £25 per year per lucky number purchased. All income raised, net of prizes awarded, is appropriated to the restricted Foresters Fund and can only be used for the maintenance and upkeep of Foresters, 5 Church Street, Harwich. 200 Club membership applications are accepted throughout the year and your assigned number will be entered into the next available draw following receipt of the membership fee. The current quarterly prize is £200.
The next 200 Club draw will take place during the monthly Harwich Society meeting, to be held at the Navigator Scout Hall on 27th September, starting at 7.00pm.
