Step back into World War II at the Harwich Redoubt!
WWII Home Guard re-enactors Grant Harris and Simon Todd will be on hand to welcome visitors with an engaging display of World War II memorabilia, along with authentic Home Guard drill demonstrations.
Visitors can experience the sound of the air raid siren, take a closer look at the historic Bofors anti-aircraft gun, and younger visitors can try on a military helmet and take part in a Home Guard-style march with a wooden replica rifle.
The museum rooms, featuring a fascinating collection of World War II artefacts, will also be open throughout the day.
